Join Rheem and help shape the future of products that impact people’s lives every day. **Summary** **The Supply Chain Leader Brazil** is responsible for leading the country's logistics and distribution strategy, ensuring superior customer service, operational excellence, and cost\-efficient supply chain execution. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director and partnering closely with the Country Manager, this role serves as a key member of the Brazil leadership team and a critical enabler of the company's growth strategy. The role leads warehousing, transportation, foreign trade, and customer distribution operations while ensuring alignment with regional supply chain priorities and business objectives. The incumbent is accountable for service, inventory, logistics costs, compliance, and continuous improvement across the end\-to\-end logistics network. **What You’ll Do** * Manage relationships with 3PL providers with a focus on operational excellence and cost efficiency (management/negotiation/ Improvement process). KPI control. * Inventory control: Ensure tracking of product is duly performed, inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits, and orders ship with precision, detail and on time. * Overseeing distribution operations across multiple channels, including distributors, retail customers, and e\-commerce platforms * Managing transportation partners ensures cost\-efficient and reliable delivery performance. * Collaborating closely with the LATAM Planning organization to align inventory, demand, and service objectives. * Leading foreign trade activities, including import operations, customs compliance, and coordination with external stakeholders. * Continuous Improvement Process owner (CIP) * Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer service, operational efficiency, inventory management, and logistics cost optimization **What You’ll Need** **Job Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar * Fluent in both languages: English and Spanish * Logistics and distribution expertise * Import and export Operations * S\&OP Process * 3\-5 years of experience as minimum in similar functions (distribution/transportation/logistics/) * Desirable experience in Multinational companies with matrix structure * Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems. * Traveling availability
