Its mission is to be a responsible, customer\-focused innovation leader, delivering excellence in sustainable solutions for today and the future. **About the role** * We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth across Brazil for a global specialist manufacturer of technical solutions serving the tobacco and related industries. * The role combines new business development, key account management, market development and strategic sales planning. * The successful candidate will be expected t identify white\-space opportunities, establish relationships with new customers, develop existing accounts and build a sustainable commercial pipeline. * This is a highly autonomous commercial role requiring someone who can operate confidently in a technical B2B environment, build credibility with customers and translate market intelligence into revenue opportunities. **As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for...** ***Sales \& Business Development*** * Developing profitable sales growth across Brazil. * Identifying and developing new business opportunities. * Prospecting and targeting priority customers and markets. * Establishing relationships with prospects and converting opportunities into orders. * Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through qualification, negotiation and order completion. * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. * Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value. * Identifying opportunities for new products and solutions. ***Market Development*** * Developing and implementing the regional sales plan. * Identifying underpenetrated markets, customer segments and white\-space opportunities. * Conducting market segmentation and customer prioritisation. * Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and pricing. * Developing customer and market intelligence to support commercial decision\-making. * Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, service and market penetration. * Working with internal teams to develop appropriate customer propositions. ***Key Account Management*** * Developing and executing account strategies for key customers. * Engaging with customers across relevant commercial and functional levels. * Coordinating with regional and global account teams. * Identifying additional opportunities within existing customers. * Developing customer relationship and contact plans. * Monitoring account performance against agreed plans and targets. * Coordinating internal resources to support customer requirements. ***Sales Performance \& Forecasting*** * Managing the sales pipeline and opportunity tracker. * Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and monthly reporting. * Tracking sales and profitability against budget and prior\-year performance. * Monitoring opportunity conversion and pipeline development. * Identifying underperformance and implementing corrective actions. * Working closely with customers and internal teams on demand forecasting. * Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information within CRM systems. ***Cross\-Functional Collaboration*** * Working closely with supply chain, customer service, technical and other internal teams. * Coordinating customer requirements through the relevant internal support functions. * Sharing market and customer knowledge with regional colleagues. * Supporting regional and global sales initiatives. **What you already have...** ***Essential Experience*** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline. * Approximately 8–10 years of relevant B2B account management / technical sales experience. * Proven experience in a technical, solution\-based or industrial B2B sales environment. * Demonstrated record of new business development and revenue growth. * Experience managing complex customer relationships and sales
