***Shape your future as a magentian!*** **Position:** Sales Support Analyst Pleno **Job Purpose:** Execute medium\-to\-high sales support activities, providing critical analytical and operational support to the commercial team. This role drives commercial performance, ensures data accuracy across key platforms (Salesforce), optimizes quote\-to\-booking conversions, and delivers exceptional service quality to enhance customer satisfaction and cargo yield. **Location:** Santos or São Paulo **Main responsibilities and assignments:** * Execute rate quotations (BIDs and spot requests) accurate and competitive ocean freight rate quotes. * Analyze client performance reports to track volume commitments, spot revenue leakage, and identify key commercial trends. * Maintain customer interaction logs, call records, and service requests in Salesforce (ONE FORCE) to guarantee complete data accuracy and commercial transparency. * Assist in account portfolio optimization and account substitution initiatives to maximize contribution margins and yield. * Support in resolving freight audit inquiries and free time/demurrage disputes to guarantee invoice precision and protect customer relationships. * Support ONE’s commercial presence by participating in sales meetings and industry events (e.g., Intermodal) to reinforce client relationships and promote container shipping solutions. * Maintain and archive commercial, updating tariff structures, free\-time conditions and surcharges to safeguard contract data integrity * Analyze market freight intelligence and collect client rate feedback to provide actionable market context to commercial leadership. **Specific knowledge:** * Strong organization skills with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines and changing commercial conditions. * Understanding of container shipping operations, ocean freight rate structures, and incoterms. * Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), and data management tools. * Ability to prioritize urgent requests and manage tight deadlines in a fast\-paced commercial environment. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and data management skills. **Minimum Required Experience:** * 3\-5 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping industry. * English Advanced **Degree:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
