In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with industrial systems used by leading companies in various segments, supporting consulting and support activities, implementation and maintenance of HMI/SCADA and MES solutions. The internship offers contact with industrial software technologies, databases, and systems integration, providing practical learning in projects and customer support. **Main responsibilities** * Assist with support and project development activities for clients using AVEVA solutions globally. * Assist in the investigation and resolution of incidents related to HMI/SCADA and MES systems. * Perform configurations, tests, and validations of applications using technologies such as: * AVEVA Edge * AVEVA System Platform * AVEVA MES solutions * Support implementation and maintenance activities of industrial systems. * Assist in analyzing logs, process data, and database information for problem diagnosis. * Prepare and update technical documentation. * Work in conjunction with consultants and specialists to handle service requests and execute projects. * Support training, testing, and activities related to the lifecycle of implemented solutions. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in: * Control and Automation Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Computer Engineering * Computer Science * Information Systems * Systems Analysis and Development * Or related fields * Interest in technical support and customer service. * Interest in developing HMI/SCADA and MES systems. * Basic knowledge of programming logic. * Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar). * Analytical skills and interest in problem\-solving. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Basic or intermediate English. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of SQL. * Basic knowledge of languages such as C\#, Python, or JavaScript. * Familiarity with industrial automation, PLCs, industrial networks, SCADA, MES, or IioT. * Advanced English. **Desired Profile** We are looking for students interested in technology and customer support who enjoy investigating problems, learning new tools, and working in teams.
