You will analyze technical and experimental data and build the tools, scripts and AI\-powered solutions that make engineering work faster and smarter. 🤖 \- Location: Pirabeiraba, Joinville \- SC, Brazil \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. \- 4:30 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Support engineering teams in the analysis of technical and experimental data related to reciprocating compressor development \- Develop, optimize and automate the engineering tools and workflows used by the different R\&D teams \- Apply statistical analysis, mathematical models, data regression and AI techniques to solve real engineering problems \- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes through automation, data\-driven analysis and digital tools \- Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers and specialists from different technical areas involved in compressor development \- Translate engineering requirements and user needs into practical tools, scripts, interfaces and automated solutions \- Support the development and improvement of predictive models for compressor performance based on experimental data \- Improve access to technical information and engineering standards through digital and AI\-supported solutions **REQUIREMENTS** \- Background in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering \- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree \- English (mandatory) \- Python (mandatory) \- HTML (mandatory) \- Visual Basic (mandatory) \- Database design (mandatory) \- Other development tools (mandatory) \- Any nationality \- Availability to relocate to Joinville, Brazil Nice to have: data engineering, process engineering and artificial intelligence. **WHAT WE OFFER** \- Scolarship of BRL 3,250 \- Transportation provided and paid \- One meal per day provided and paid \- A computer provided \- Leadership training from AIESEC during your experience \- International experience in a corporate environment **SELECTION PROCESS** \- Step 1: CV review \- Step 2: Interview with Human Resources \- Step 3: Interview with the department manager \- Step 4: Final results **HOW TO APPLY** Ready to take the leap?
