You will shape test strategy and ensure the quality and stability of technology solutions in complex, large\-scale enterprise environments. Main Responsibilities * Define and lead test strategies for technology projects and programs. * Manage end\-to\-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, automation, and UAT. * Coordinate QA teams, oversee test cycles, and mentor team members in their technical and professional development. * Identify quality risks and implement mitigation plans. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project managers. * Monitor quality metrics, track defects through resolution, and communicate testing progress. * Promote test automation best practices and continuous improvement. * Support release validation and deployment activities. * Implement quality governance and regulatory compliance processes. Mandatory Requirements * Experience in Quality Assurance, Test Management, or a related field. * Advanced English for communication in a global environment. * Strong experience defining test strategies for complex enterprise environments. * Experience leading and coordinating testing teams. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Experience with defect management, test execution, and executive reporting. * Practical knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. * Experience validating releases and supporting deployment processes. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary development, architecture, and product teams.
