Senior Project Manager at BairesDev As a Senior Project Manager, lead multiple, large\-scale projects with your advanced project management skills. Your role includes strategic planning, risk management, and high\-level decision\-making, guiding teams to successful project completion and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. What you will do \- Oversee large\-scale software development projects, providing strategic direction and leadership. \- Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with organizational goals and priorities. \- Establish and refine project management methodologies, processes, and standards for the organization. \- Lead cross\-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive. \- Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiating project scopes and ensuring customer satisfaction. \- Provide expert guidance on project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization. What we are looking for \- 5\+ years of experience in project management within software development. \- Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices. \- Extensive experience in leading large and complex software projects. \- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies. \- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic decision\-making. \- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and advanced software systems. \- Advanced level of English.
