**Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site Sales Marketing Manager role based in São Paulo, SP. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. Day\-to\-day responsibilities include planning and managing campaigns, coordinating with sales teams to align messaging and targets, analyzing market trends and performance data, and optimizing channel mix and budgets. The role involves leading marketing projects, preparing sales enablement materials, tracking KPIs, and reporting on campaign effectiveness to leadership. The Sales Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross\-functional teams, manage external agencies or vendors when needed, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all customer touchpoints. **Qualifications** * Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing management, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. * Strong skills in market research, data interpretation, and the use of metrics to inform strategy and decision\-making. * Ability to develop and implement integrated marketing plans across multiple channels, such as digital, events, and direct sales support. * Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear sales and marketing materials and present to stakeholders. * Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate cross\-functional teams, and manage timelines and budgets effectively. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience working in an on\-site environment and collaborating closely with local teams; familiarity with the São Paulo market is a plus. * Fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered beneficial. * Comfort working with diverse colleagues and clients, and commitment to inclusive, non\-discriminatory practices.
