Whether you're just starting out or ready for your next big move, you're in the right place to explore an exciting career with Castrol. **Job Description** **About the Team** Join Castrol's Global Marine \& Energy (GME) team as **Technical Service Engineer** and play a critical role supporting some of the world's leading marine, offshore, oil \& gas, and power generation customers. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and business partnership to deliver innovative lubrication solutions and maximize equipment reliability. **Key Tasks** * Provide technical support to customers across the Marine and Energy sectors. * Analyze used oil reports and deliver recommendations that improve equipment performance and reliability. * Partner with Account Managers to support customer meetings, technical presentations, and growth opportunities. * Develop trusted relationships with customers, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders. * Support lubrication surveys, troubleshooting activities, and technical service initiatives. * Identify opportunities through SmartGains insights and contribute to business growth. **Experience Required** * Engineering degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability, Asset Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field. * Experience within Marine, Offshore, Oil \& Gas, Power Generation, or Industrial Equipment Maintenance environments. * Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, machinery maintenance, reliability, lubrication, or oil analysis. * Customer\-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. * English proficiency and the ability to work with global teams. * Approximately 5\+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
