Responsabilidades: The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing Cordis’s nationwide sales organization to achieve revenue, market\-share, and strategic growth objectives. This role develops and executes national sales strategies, translates organizational priorities into regional and individual performance goals, and builds a high\-performing, customer\-focused sales team. The National Sales Manager partners closely with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and other cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution and an exceptional customer experience. This position reports to the Director of Sales or other designated senior commercial leader. **Responsibilities:*** Develop, implement, and continuously refine national sales strategies, territory plans, and tactical initiatives that support Cordis’s commercial objectives. * Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and field\-sales teammates, fostering accountability, engagement, and a high\-performance culture. * Establish national, regional, and individual sales targets; monitor results and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue, margin, and growth goals. * Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, evaluate, and retain sales talent in accordance with company policies and commercial priorities. ARD Execution * Analyze sales performance, market dynamics, customer trends, pipeline activity, and forecasts to identify opportunities, risks, and actions that improve results. * Prepare and present timely sales reports, business reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, distributors, and clinical stakeholders; support complex negotiations and major\-account opportunities as needed. * Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to align commercial activities, product launches, customer programs, and demand planning. * Ensure sales teams understand and comply with all applicable company policies, ethical standards, quality requirements, and healthcare\-industry regulations. * Maintain current knowledge of the interventional cardiovascular market, competitive activity, product developments, and evolving sales practices through customer engagement, industry events, and professional development. * Travel extensively within the assigned country or region to visit customers, coach field teams, attend meetings, and represent Cordis at relevant industry events. Calificaciones: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.* Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, cardiovascular products, or another regulated industry. * Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing geographically dispersed sales teams, including regional leaders and field representatives. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding national or multi\-region sales, revenue\-growth, and market\-share objectives. * Experience developing sales strategies, account plans, territory plans, business cases, and revenue forecasts. * Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, market intelligence, pipeline activity, and financial performance to make sound commercial decisions. * Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business\-performance systems. * Strong executive communication, presentation, relationship\-building, and negotiation skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, adaptability, problem\-solving ability, and customer focus. * Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, based on business needs.
