Financial Planning \& Analysis Data Analyst at BairesDev As a Financial Planning \& Analysis Data Analyst, you will support strategic financial operations by transforming corporate data into actionable insights. You will serve as a key partner to the finance team, developing reporting frameworks and data models that streamline budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed business decisions. What You'll Do: \- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards and routine reports to monitor key performance indicators. \- Perform detailed data analysis to identify operational trends, anomalies, and variance between budgeted and actual figures. \- Develop and optimize database queries and workflows to aggregate complex financial data from multiple corporate systems. \- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide data\-driven insights that support strategic forecasting and business planning. \- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of datasets used across corporate financial reporting initiatives. What we are looking for: \- 5\+ years of experience as an FP\&A Analyst or Data Analyst. \- Proven expertise in data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and SQL. \- Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes. \- Advanced proficiency in English.
