Production Manager (automotive wire harness plant)

**What you’ll do.** * Take full ownership of production performance, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are consistently achieved. * Lead the production team by fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. * Ensure production is delivered according to the production plan while meeting customer requirements and business objectives. * Drive proactive actions to identify risks, remove obstacles and secure production output. * Ensure the highest standards of product quality through robust processes, problem\-solving and preventive actions. * Optimize production capacity, resource utilization and manufacturing efficiency using Lean principles. * Develop, coach and empower production supervisors and operators to achieve operational excellence. * Monitor KPIs, analyze performance and implement sustainable improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery and cost. **Your profile.** * Degree or higher technical education in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related technical field. * Proven experience leading production operations in the automotive industry (min. 3 years); wire harness manufacturing experience is a strong advantage. * Demonstrated ability to deliver production plans while achieving quality, productivity and delivery targets. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high\-performing, engaged teams and create a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. * Hands\-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S and structured problem\-solving methodologies. * Proactive, results\-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate risks, make timely decisions and implement effective solutions. * Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with experience managing KPIs and driving operational performance. * Experience with ERP/MES systems and production planning processes * A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. * Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazilian). **What we offer.** * A dynamic, international environment where your impact truly matters. * The opportunity to make a real impact through continuous improvement initiatives. * Career growth opportunities and the chance to develop leadership skills. * Competitive compensation, benefits package.
