This will significantly increase your chances of success. **About The Opportunity** Lead the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions using IBM API Connect, IBM SaaS, and AWS. You will guide globally distributed teams, connect business\-critical systems, and shape secure, scalable, and highly available platforms for financial services environments. Main Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integrations, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. * Define architectural standards for APIs and integrations, and support API governance and integration lifecycle strategies. * Work with IBM API Connect (APIC) and IBM SaaS on AWS, contributing to cloud architecture and technology evolution. * Ensure platform scalability, performance, availability, and security. * Act as the technical reference for global teams, mentoring developers and engineers. * Lead integrations between critical business systems and troubleshoot complex environments. * Support highly available, mission\-critical platforms in the financial services sector. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Fluent English, with excellent communication skills. * Solid technical leadership experience and ability to lead globally distributed teams. * Strong experience delivering large\-scale enterprise integration projects. * In\-depth knowledge of IBM API Connect, plus experience with IBM SaaS and AWS. * Knowledge of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and messaging solutions. * Experience in Financial Services. * Experience in complex, mission\-critical enterprise environments. Nice to Have * Previous experience in banks, insurance companies, or financial markets. * Experience in global consultancies and digital transformation programs. * Advanced API governance expertise. * Previous leadership of international teams and delivery of highly available, mission\-critical architectures. Desired certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), IBM API Connect, IBM Integration, AWS Developer, AWS DevOps Engineer, TOGAF, or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certifications. Ideal Profile A technical leader who combines deep integration expertise with architectural judgment and clear communication. You can guide global teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and balance business priorities with security, governance, and platform reliability.
