**About OpenHealth** OpenHealth is a fast\-scaling healthtech venture building the data infrastructure layer for health AI, the "Palantir for health data." We harmonize fragmented health data, from diagnostic lab results to medical imaging, into clean, interoperable standards (HL7 FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED CT, DICOM) that hospitals, diagnostic groups, insurers, and governments can actually build on. Today we operate across roughly 10 countries in Europe and Latin America, working with partners like Roche and leading diagnostic and hospital networks, backed by $4M\+ in venture capital from leading European health and tech VCs. Health data is the foundation everything else in health AI depends on, and right now it's a mess. We're the ones cleaning it up and making it usable, at scale, under real regulatory conditions. **Full time, Brazil based. Fluent English and Portuguese** * Preferred locations: Fortaleza, São Paulo or Florianópolis. Comfortable working across continents and time zones. * Openhealth harmonises lab, imaging and clinical documents into structured, coded medical data. We provide digitalised reports, a wallet for patients and doctors, and an operations layer for labs, hospitals and insurers — in production with large partners on three continents. * Integration is how that value reaches the customer. Each partner is a project from first call to go\-live. We are hiring someone to keep the client and the plan moving, get the work done correctly, and leave the client satisfied. **Your role:** * **Main client contact** from kickoff until the integration is live. * **Own the plan** , meeting agenda, open points, deadlines, scope and follow\-up after every call. Technical delivery stays with the integration team you keep them unblocked, you do not do the build. * **Keep the board honest:** meeting notes, tickets, subtasks and client\-facing documentation. The client should see where things stand without asking. * **Stay in contact every 2–3 days.** Chase missing access, sample files, approvals and decisions. Escalate when something is stuck. Diplomatic with the customer, direct internally. * **Sequence the work:** technical connection, enough test data, biomarker mapping, client approval, then production. Protect scope if a request goes beyond what was agreed, flag it and move it to a separate discussion. * **Start with simpler integrations** and grow into more complex ones. When you see repeating delays or a client need that points to a gap, bring it back to the team. **Your background:** * **Experience running client projects** (implementation, onboarding or integrations), including several in parallel. * **Technically literate.** Comfortable with APIs, files, mappings and environments enough to talk to a partner’s IT and to our engineers. Coding is not required. * **Proactive and organised.** Structured in writing. You pick up a project quickly and do not need to be chased. * **Around 3 to 5 years** of relevant experience. Hungry, startup\-shaped. * **Fluent English and Portuguese are a must\-have.** Spanish is a plus. Healthcare, labs or HL7/FHIR is a plus. **How we work:** * Flat hierarchy, small team. You join as a member of the integration team, not as its manager. * Remote within Brazil, with occasional in\-person meetings when based in one of the hubs above. * Most of the work runs through tickets, short documents and short meetings. Thin process, plenty of ambiguity, feedback both ways. * Salary is competitive and we talk about it openly in the first call. Apply with CV and a short letter. Looking forward to hearing from you!
