Join us on this shared journey toward a brighter tomorrow. **Job Purpose** The Commercial Director South America is responsible for driving growth across the region by developing business in all the countries of the region, building an organization that serves all markets, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing market share. This role has P\&L responsibility for the Independent Aftermarket business in the region and ensures sustainable economic value creation. **Key Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the South America commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with AFM global strategy and objectives. * Lead and develop the Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Services teams to achieve operational and commercial targets. * Drive year\-over\-year revenue growth, operating income, cash flow, and EVA * Increase market share across the region * Improve customer satisfaction scores across the region * Lead Sales and Operational Planning to optimize First\-pick\-rate and inventory. * Optimize the location/performance of warehouses, depots, offices, and training centres to ensure operational efficiency. * Implement best practices for commercial excellence, including sales planning, forecasting, and reporting. * Build a high\-performing, cross\-functional team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries. **Required Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership and people management experience across multi\-country, multi\-functional teams. * Proven track record of managing sales and marketing teams and delivering profitable growth. * Deep understanding of aftermarket sales, customer service, and technical services operations. * Strategic thinking with the ability to align local execution with global objectives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cross\-cultural awareness. * Strong analytical skills for business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. **Desired Behaviors:** * Results\-oriented and accountable for meeting aggressive growth targets. * Collaborative, fostering teamwork across matrixed organizations. * Customer\-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and satisfaction. * Change\-agent mindset, able to lead transformation initiatives across Europe. * Demonstrates integrity, transparency, and consistency in decision\-making. **Qualifications / Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. * 10\+ years of experience in commercial leadership in aftermarket. * Proven experience managing multi\-country operations. * Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, market share, and operational efficiency. **What We Offer** We provide compensation and benefits programs intended to attract, motivate, reward, and retain an incredibly talented, globally diverse workforce at all levels within our organization.
