This will significantly increase your chances of success. #### **About the Opportunity** Join an international nearshore project leading technology initiatives for Wealth Management and Asset Management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and connect strategic business objectives with technical delivery, supporting digital transformation, application modernization, and enterprise platform evolution. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead project planning, execution, governance, and delivery, defining schedules, milestones, resources, and success criteria. * Manage scope, budget, risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies across projects, teams, systems, and suppliers where applicable. * Coordinate business, architecture, development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams. * Align business priorities and functional needs with technical execution, supporting prioritization and scope changes. * Lead progress meetings, governance forums, and executive presentations; communicate status, metrics, risks, decisions, and next steps. * Facilitate decisions, resolve delivery issues, and escalate critical matters. * Monitor delivery quality and predictability, ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and operational requirements. * Support transformation and modernization initiatives while improving governance and delivery practices. * Promote accountability, transparency, and collaboration across global teams. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * English proficiency at C2 level for international communication. * Experience leading technology projects involving software development, enterprise applications, modernization, or digital transformation. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology delivery practices. * Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary business and technology teams. * Experience with project governance, executive reporting, and senior stakeholder communication. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project. * Ability to connect business objectives, functional requirements, and technical priorities. * Experience with change management, problem resolution, and critical issue escalation. * Ability to monitor delivery metrics, milestones, success criteria, and quality. * Strong leadership, organization, and autonomy in global, distributed environments. #### **Nice to Have** * Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Fintech. * Experience with application modernization, digital transformation, or cloud migration. * Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure. * Experience with enterprise applications and highly complex technology environments. * Knowledge of technology governance, PMO, and portfolio management. * Previous experience in technology consultancies or global organizations. * Familiarity with regulatory processes, compliance, and technology controls. * PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist certifications. * Certifications related to AWS, Azure, DevOps, or digital transformation. #### **Ideal Profile** A technology project leader who combines structured delivery management with a clear understanding of software development.
