The Senior Marketing Analyst role is responsible for supporting client relationships and delivering accurate, data\-driven reporting through dashboards, analysis, and insights that track website and media campaign performance. The position also provides subject matter expertise in web analytics, facilitates tracking implementations, and identifies opportunities for process improvements while ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The ideal candidate is results\-driven, is self\-motivated and enjoys analyzing data to gain insights and client growth opportunities. **What You'll Do Here** * Manage client relationships and internal stakeholder needs to support accurate and comprehensive tracking of website and media campaigns. * Create and interpret client program analysis and reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad\-hoc needs. * Present data\-driven insights and campaign performance findings to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex analysis into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. * Develop and maintain client\-facing dashboards. * Provide subject matter expertise on retail and commerce analytics, user experience and behavior, product sales performance, retail program marketing performance, data analysis, and reporting. * Own measurement plans, KPI definitions, and tracking requirements for campaigns and site/app initiatives. * Coordinate and track tag and tracking parameter implementations supporting reporting, analytics, and digital intelligence efforts, including tracking QA and troubleshooting. * Provide direction and execution around data governance and privacy compliance related to GDPR, CCPA, and similar requirements. * Create data\-driven insights about marketing performance and visitor behavior from advertising campaign and website data, including audience segmentation, customer journey analysis, and key performance indicators. * Identify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) opportunities from website and campaign data, and support the planning and oversight of A/B testing experiments to inform campaign optimization. * Lead analytical processes including forecasting, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and similar analyses. * Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies through automation and other solutions. * Stay current on industry best practices and topics related to performance media, web analytics, data management, tools, and technologies relevant to the team’s core responsibilities. * Deliver online and digital reporting to executive management and internal teams related to budget, campaign performance, and testing results. * Provide weekly client reporting. * Build and maintain an understanding of current topics in performance media, web analytics, data management, tools, and technologies related to the team’s core responsibilities. * Mentor or manage tasks performed by Analytics Coordinator(s), as needed. * Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. **We Need a Person With** * English Proficiency. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or a related field, preferred. * Experience working at a digital agency, and/or consulting firm, and/or corporate online marketing department, and/or software provider in an analytical capacity. * Proficiency in web analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar; running experiments using Google Content Experiments and/or Adobe Target (Similar experience with other analytical and testing platforms will be considered). * Strong background in developing measurement and reporting methodologies for Paid Search, Display, Marketplaces, and/or Social Media campaigns. * Knowledge of online ad serving platforms, such as Campaign Manager 360 or Sizmek, and online ad networks, such as Google, Bing, etc. * Experience with traditional/offline marketing not required, but helpful. * Exposure to Big Data and the challenges associated with harnessing data to drive insight. * Some technical knowledge of databases, data warehousing, B.I. (i.e. Tableau, Google Data Studio, Qlik) and data tools are desira
