We are looking for **Tech Recruiter Specialist** who wants to learn and transform his career. **Key responsibilities:** Manage the full\-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and team dynamics. Source and engage highly qualified technology professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Recruit across a variety of technical disciplines, including: * Software Engineering * Data Engineering * Data Science * Cloud \& DevOps * Cybersecurity * Enterprise Architecture * Business Analysis * Product Management * Artificial Intelligence \& Machine Learning * Infrastructure \& Operations Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification assessments, and behavioral interviews. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for strategic and hard\-to\-fill technology roles. Provide market intelligence regarding salary benchmarks, talent availability, hiring trends, and competitor activity. Manage candidate pipelines and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency. Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer within the technology community. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes. **Mandatory Skills:** Proven experience in Technology Recruitment, Talent Acquisition. English proficiency Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and industry trends. Experience recruiting software engineers, architects, data professionals, product specialists, and other technical talent. Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Experience managing multiple technical requisitions simultaneously. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
