We're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to lead a recruitment team supporting a global client within Energy sector. Based in Rio de Janeiro in a hybrid working model, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering innovative talent solutions in a complex, fast\-paced environment. This is a hands\-on leadership role for someone who is highly proactive, thrives on solving recruitment challenges, and continuously looks for ways to improve team performance and delivery. You'll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and developing a high\-performing recruitment team while setting clear expectations, measuring KPIs, using data to drive decisions, and ensuring outstanding delivery against ambitious business objectives. If you're passionate about building engaged teams, driving operational excellence, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you. ### **Key Accountabilities** What you’ll do: ***Leadership*** * Communicate the strategic account vision and plan clearly, ensuring the team understands commercial priorities and KPIs. * Coach and develop team members through regular performance and development conversations. * Support recruiters in resolving complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective escalation management. * Foster collaboration through consistent communication and team engagement activities. ***Client*** * Use your workforce planning skills to determine optimal resource allocation aligned with talent strategy. * Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to shape recruitment and business plans. ***Operations, Compliance and Finance*** * Lead delivery against targets, budgets, and SLAs, ensuring high\-quality recruitment outcomes. * Use data and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and influence recruitment strategy. * Ensure governance, compliance, and process standards are consistently applied across the team. ### **Skills \& Requirements** * Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, with the capability to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor within an RPO environment. * Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering end\-to\-end recruitment strategies within complex environments. * Experience in improving recruitment outcomes through process optimisation and data\-driven decision\-making. * Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams. * Demonstrated strength in performance management, with the ability to consistently deliver against demanding targets, SLAs, and deadlines. * Strong knowledge of local recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and delivery models. * Ability to work effectively in fast\-paced, high\-growth environments. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights and reporting tools to inform recruitment strategy and drive performance. ### **Why AMS?** At AMS, we come from every walk of life \- and that’s what makes us unique.
