We're looking for a **Supply Chain Manager** to support our South \& Central America operations, helping strengthen supplier relationships, improve affordability, enhance data visibility and support strategic purchasing initiatives across the region. Our LATAM organization is focused on accelerated growth and continued investment in vendor development capabilities. **What you'll be involved in:** ✅ Supplier management and development ✅ Procurement analytics and reporting ✅ Cost and margin improvement initiatives ✅ Sourcing and vendor negotiations ✅ Product and supplier data management ✅ Cross\-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain teams ✅ Supporting growth opportunities across Brazil, Chile, Panama and future LATAM expansion initiatives **What we're looking for:** ✔ Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills ✔ Excellent communication and relationship\-building abilities ✔ Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, purchasing and vendor management ✔ Advanced Excel and data analysis skills ✔ Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment ✔ **Multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese** is required to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and business partners throughout the LATAM region. * At Fastenal, we believe our success starts with our people.
