Technical Lead Curitiba, Paraná **Job Summary** --------------- ".NET SENIOR DEVELOPER Detailed Job Description Location Curitiba ROLE BAND TECH STACK EXPERIENCE TYPE .Net Senior Developer E2\.1 .NET 8\+ Years Full\-time Role Purpose Design, develop and support .NET components as a senior individual contributor: delivering high\-quality, well\-tested and maintainable solutions, resolving complex technical problems, and supporting less experienced engineers within the team. Key Responsibilities Development \& Design • Design and build .NET components, services and enhancements within the agreed architecture and standards. • Translate user stories and specifications into clean, efficient and testable implementations. • Handle complex technical problems, performance issues and non\-trivial defects independently. • Contribute to technical design discussions, estimation and solution options. Quality Engineering • Write and maintain unit, integration and regression tests to agreed coverage expectations. • Participate actively in code reviews, providing and acting on constructive feedback. • Apply secure coding practices, effective error handling and appropriate logging. Delivery \& Support • Deliver committed scope within agreed sprint or release timelines with predictable quality. • Support build, deployment, environment issues and release verification activities. • Investigate production incidents, perform root\-cause analysis and implement durable fixes. Collaboration • Work closely with leads, architects, QA, business analysts and support teams. • Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and dependency discussions. • Mentor junior developers through pairing, reviews and knowledge sharing. Technology Focus — .NET • Build and evolve .NET services, Web APIs and background workers with clean separation of concerns. • Apply modern .NET features, configuration, logging and dependency injection consistently across the codebase. • Modernize legacy .NET Framework components towards modern .NET, containers and cloud\-ready hosting. Required Technical Competencies Core Skills C\#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, dependency injection, async/concurrency, performance tuning. Design \& Architecture Enterprise application architecture, SOLID, design patterns, DDD, microservices, event\-driven design, API management. Data \& Integration Relational data design, Entity Framework, transactions, consistency, caching; REST APIs, messaging, event streaming. Platform \& DevOps Azure or equivalent cloud, containers and orchestration, CI/CD, IaC, automated quality gates, secure supply chain. Quality \& Operations Unit, integration, performance and resiliency testing; production readiness, monitoring, RCA. Experience \& Qualifications • 8\+ years of hands\-on .NET development experience in enterprise environments. • Strong track record delivering production\-grade components across full delivery cycles. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT, or equivalent experience. • Relevant platform or cloud certifications advantageous, not mandatory. Leadership \& Behavioural • Strong ownership of assigned deliverables end to end. • Analytical, detail\-oriented approach to problem solving. • Clear written and verbal communication within a delivery team. • Collaborative, dependable and open to feedback. Location\-Specific Expectations • Work from the Curitiba delivery location with local customer stakeholders and global teams. • Participate in on\-site and virtual workshops, design reviews and governance forums. • Effective communication in a multi\-country model, with overlap into European and Indian working hours.
