**Purpose** Responsible for managing operations in the assigned markets with the highest quality and precision and following the company's requirements, established processes, deadlines, and objectives. **Functions** * Manage the operational aspects of the infrastructure corresponding to sites, towers and cabinets owned by the company * Ensure that goals and objectives are met following plans for integration, maintenance, regulatory compliance, supplier management, sales support, budget management, and support to the senior vice president of operations with other projects or strategic initiatives as directed. * Participate with the other areas involved in creating budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and annual plans related to Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, M\&A, and others * Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and cost reduction within the area and support with the necessary plans to execute them * Interact with Sales, Leasing, Asset Management, Legal, IT, GLBO and Finance teams in daily tasks and activities. * Oversee SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for requests made to Operations, in terms of response time and scope. * Interact directly with clients through constant communication, focus on service delivery, support of necessary internal and external resources, problem\-solving, progress and status of projects * Encourage, monitor and guarantee that necessary information is updated by the team on Sitetracker, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Power BI and any other platform, tool or database assigned. * Report and communicate the progress of the goals and objectives of the area according to the determined metrics * Interact with the Asset and Contract Management areas regarding operational issues and other site related issues to support the lease * Promote, and participate in the development of processes necessary for the Operations Department, and the subsequent documentation of these processes. * Revise existing processes and recommend necessary modifications to better suit the changes in the company and the market. * Lead and follow up projects related to the Operations Department and enforce the established processes. Including but not limited to: * Relocations projects * Consolidations projects * Drop and swaps projects * Lease up/augmentation projects * Other special Operations projects * Initiate and carry out the necessary meetings to keep the projects within the program and budget. * Participate in regular conference calls and attend team and company meetings at specific locations throughout the year, as designated by the Senior Operations Manager or the company. * Evaluate and give feedback on the performance, career plan, training, and development of your work team. * Enforce the internal communication plan for the Operations Department in Brazil. * Manage the continuity plan for vacations, medical leaves and other similar scenarios, to ensure the continuance of the Operations without impact to the department’s performance. * Analyze and issue the approval of special clauses of operation and compliance with SLAs in new contracts, to avoid legal risks. * Follow up on maintenance of towers and sites to ensure the best condition. * Corrective: * Promote that the team demands highest standards of quality from contractors. * Revise and update price lists regularly * Ensure compliance from contractor with price lists * Ensure proper documentation of incidents by the team in the appropriate platforms * Preventive: * Monitor the progress and quality of the maintenance plan by the contractor(s) assigned, take corrective actions in case of delays or other deficiencies, and communicate regularly to the Regional Director * Ensure that the team revises and properly documents all preventive maintenance reports in the corresponding platforms * Closely manage and secure the solution of cases that fall under MSA/MLA agreements that could make the company potentially incur in the payment of penalties, within the established response times. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Job minimal will involve travel. **Qualifications** * Degree in Civil, Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanics or Telematics Engineering; or an equivalent degree in engineering * Advanced English is required * Minimum 8 years’ experience in leading project management, implementation, and operation of wireless and fiber optic telecommunications infrastructures * Managerial skills * Ability to lead different projects simultaneously * Ability to resolve conflicts and problems * Excellent skills to communicate verbally and in writing * Excellent skills in business culture, working self\-managed and as part of a high\-performance work team * Excellent customer relationship management and development sk
