(CVs not in english won't be considered)*** **iOS Lead (Mid\-Senior)** **Role Overview** We're looking for an iOS Lead to drive the technical direction and hands\-on development of our iOS applications. This role blends strong individual contribution by writing high\-quality Swift code and solving complex architecture problems, with technical leadership, guiding a small team of iOS engineers, setting best practices, and partnering closely with Product and Design to ship polished, reliable experiences. You'll be a key technical voice on the mobile team, balancing delivery speed with long\-term code health in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** ***Technical Leadership \& Architecture*** ● Define and evolve the iOS app architecture (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization) to support scalability and maintainability. ● Set coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the iOS team. ● Lead technical design discussions and make key architecture decisions, balancing trade\-offs between speed, quality, and scalability. ● Own the technical roadmap for the iOS codebase, including modernization efforts (e.g., UIKit to SwiftUI migration, dependency updates). ***Hands\-On Development*** ● Design, build, and ship high\-quality, performant iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit. ● Write clean, well\-tested, maintainable code and actively contribute to core features alongside the team. ● Integrate with RESTful APIs and third\-party SDKs, ensuring robust error handling and offline support where needed. ● Own performance optimization: app startup time, memory usage, battery consumption, and UI responsiveness. ***Team Leadership \& Collaboration*** ● Mentor and support the growth of iOS engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance. ● Lead or participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to architecture and quality standards. ● Partner closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical solutions and realistic timelines. ● Collaborate with backend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth end\-to\-end delivery. ***Quality, Release \& Process*** ● Own the app's release process, including App Store submissions, versioning, and release notes. ● Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment. ● Drive test coverage (unit, UI, and integration tests) to ensure application stability. ● Monitor crash reports and production issues (e.g., via Crashlytics/Sentry) and lead root cause resolution. **Requirements** ***Must\-Have*** ● 5–8 years of iOS development experience, with at least 1–2 years in a technical leadership or lead role. ● Expert\-level proficiency in Swift, with strong knowledge of SwiftUI and UIKit. ● Solid understanding of iOS app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar) and modularization strategies. ● Experience with Combine or async/await for concurrency and reactive programming. ● Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling authentication, and managing app state. ● Hands\-on experience with CI/CD tools for iOS (e.g., Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Bitrise, GitHub Actions). ● Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest, or similar). ● Familiarity with App Store submission and release processes, including provisioning profiles and certificates. ● Strong communication skills, with experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions. ● Advanced English (C1\), required for daily written and verbal communication with US\-based, cross\-cultural teams. ● Comfortable working in fast\-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities. ***Highly Valued*** ● Experience with modularized/multi\-module iOS codebases at scale. ● Experience migrating legacy UIKit codebases to SwiftUI. ● Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks and design patterns for testability. ● Experience with performance profiling tools (Instruments) and crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, Sentry). ● Exposure to cross\-platform considerations or collaboration with Android/backend teams on shared features. ● Experience working in startup or client\-facing consulting environments. ***PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH.*** ***PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH.*** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From R$10,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
