This position will play a strategic role in consolidating Supply Chain processes, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and supporting the continued growth of the business. **About the Position** The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading supply chain and operations, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, order processing, billing, logistics execution, and deliveries. The position will play a central role in defining and implementing strategies that optimize physical and financial resources and maintain established service levels. **Location** Sao Paulo, Brazil **Key Responsibilities** * Lead supply planning, balancing product availability, service levels, and inventory policies. * Manage import processes and monitor applicable operational requirements. * Coordinate the invoicing process and integration with the relevant departments. * Oversee logistics operations conducted by third\-party partners, monitoring performance, quality, and costs. * Monitor transportation flows and customer deliveries, taking proactive measures to address risks and deviations. * Negotiate operational and commercial terms with logistics service providers. * Contribute to the S\&OP process by identifying opportunities, risks, and operational constraints. * Develop, track, and communicate supply chain performance metrics. * Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization while maintaining quality, compliance, and service levels. * Lead, develop, and engage the team, promoting collaboration, clarity of priorities, and continuous improvement. **Knowledge and Skills** * Demand and supply planning, inventory management, and S\&OP. * Logistics operations, transportation, and management of logistics service providers. * International trade and import processes. * Negotiation and management of operating costs. * ERP systems and the use of data and metrics for decision\-making. * Project management, continuous improvement, and cross\-functional collaboration. * Clear communication, analytical skills, organizational skills, and a results\-oriented mindset. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Relevant experience in Supply Chain and Operations, including people leadership and process management. * Experience with planning, inventory, logistics, imports, billing, or S\&OP. * Fluent English proficiency for professional interaction and reading technical materials. * Spanish is a plus.
