**A Snapshot of Your Day** As a Project Buyer Expeditor you will have day\-to\-day involvement in Procurement activity within the business to ensure efficient management of the targets needed. You will focus on tactical execution of purchase order schedules related to material for multiple projects within New Unit Gas Turbine Business. You will focus on internal customers and partners who can’t be successful without your contribution, timeliness and transparency. You will solve short term / daily issues, creating huge value for our customers. You will become an expert of tactical execution, expediting, and supply chain performance management. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Manage a portfolio of purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and execution to support project requirements. * Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and customer\-focused support. * Negotiate supplier price adjustments, resolve invoicing and payment issues, and maintain productive supplier relationships. * Monitor procurement activities throughout the purchasing cycle, including order confirmations, delivery progress, quality compliance, and overall execution. * Support supplier management initiatives, including qualification, evaluation, development, and performance monitoring. * Collaborate closely with Project Management, Planning, Logistics, and Customs teams to ensure efficient project execution, compliance, and on\-time delivery. **What You Bring** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations within a project\-driven environment. * Strong SAP transactional knowledge and experience. * Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manage data effectively. * Team player with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a results\-oriented and proactive mindset. **About the Team** The team is responsible for supporting projects through procurement activities, strategic sourcing initiatives, and supplier management.
