**Marketing, Communications \& Events Specialist** *Remote \- Brazil* **Join the movement to protect people from scams** The Global Anti\-Scam Alliance (GASA) is looking for a Marketing, Communications \& Events Specialist to grow GASA’s visibility and brand presence in Brazil and coordinate the marketing and communications activities of the GASA Brazil Chapter. **About the Global Anti\-Scam Alliance** GASA is a rapidly growing non\-profit that unites governments, law enforcement, consumer authorities, tech companies, financial institutions, cybersecurity experts, and private organizations to share knowledge, raise awareness, and combat scams globally. Our annual Global Anti\-Scam Summits in Europe, Asia, and Africa bring together thought leaders shaping safer digital ecosystems. To increase our local impact, we have established regional chapters in Africa, APAC, Brazil, Mexico, North America and are working on launching chapters in China, Europe, India, and MENA to foster collaboration and grow our partner network. **Your role** As Marketing, Communications \& Events Specialist, you will support the marketing and communications activities of the GASA Brazil Chapter, helping build the GASA brand in the region and promote its projects, member activities, webinars, and physical events. Reporting to the Chapter Director, with a dotted line to the Global Marketing Director, you will help ensure local activities remain aligned with GASA's global brand and communications strategy, including the consistent use of its tools and systems. As Marketing, Communications \& Events Specialist, you will organize the logistics of virtual and physical meetings and events, create content including articles, press releases, blog posts, case studies, and member success stories, and promote chapter activities, projects, and events through GASA's social media and newsletter. You will also support campaigns to recruit and retain members, build relationships with regional media, develop marketing contacts within GASA’s member organizations, and support the chapter’s day\-to\-day operations. **Key performance indicators** Success in this role includes accurate registration of all member data in the CRM system, expanding the network of relevant media, commercial partners, and stakeholder contacts, and organizing virtual and physical events effectively to achieve visitor targets and an evaluation of 8 or higher for event logistics including catering, location, and AV. Additional measures include growing GASA Brazil’s brand awareness and engagement through LinkedIn and other relevant communication channels, increasing stakeholder leads across financial institutions, telecom companies, technology organizations, commercial partners, and associations, producing content that highlights GASA's global and local projects, and strengthening member engagement through member\-facing communications, campaigns, stories, and features. **About you** You are an experienced marketing and communications professional who enjoys turning ideas into visible results. You combine strong organizational skills with a practical, hands\-on approach to content, events, social media, and stakeholder engagement. You are comfortable working in an international, multistakeholder environment and collaborating with the Chapter Director, Global Marketing Director, members, media contacts, and regional stakeholders. **You bring** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Public Relations, or related field. * At least five years of experience in marketing, including event marketing and managing social media, CRM, and email platforms. * Native or fluent Portuguese and professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
