This position is part of the back office of the Customer Fund Management team, 99Pay's treasury, in the reconciliation and operations group. The group is responsible for the daily transactional reconciliation of 99Pay's payment and credit products: matching every transaction (Pix, boleto, cards, transfers and wallet movements on the payment side; loan disbursements, repayments and renegotiations on the credit side) between internal systems, settlement accounts and accounting records, investigating and solving mismatches, and keeping the evidence that supports internal controls and audits. The team works closely with product, engineering, accounting and customer experience in Brazil and abroad to fix root causes, automate manual work on the reconciliation platform and support the launch of new products. You will take ownership of one of these fronts and support the others as the operation grows. **In this role, you'll be...** * Executing daily reconciliations in settlement accounts, internal systems and accounting records, for one or more of 99Pay's payment and credit products. * Investigating pending and mismatched transactions, finding the root cause and making the adjustments needed to close each case within the agreed deadlines. * Monitoring transactions and finance operational KPIs, and raising alerts when something is off. * Handling user and partner cases that depend on the back office, such as refunds, payments sent in error and blocked or closed accounts, to give users the best possible experience. * Configuring the back\-office structure that supports the products: internal accounts, transaction codes and operational flows. * Supporting Central Bank reports, internal controls evidence and audit requests with accurate and timely data. * Working with product and engineering teams to automate manual tasks on the reconciliation platforms and to prepare the reconciliation of new products before launch. * Documenting procedures and SOPs so that every routine has a backup. * Suggesting improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. **We're eager to be in touch because you have...** * A hands\-on profile: you like to open the data, find the difference and close the case yourself. * Reliability: you deliver the daily routine on time, every day, and people can trust your numbers without checking them again. * Ownership and integrity: you deal with customer funds, so you raise problems early, never hide a mismatch and follow the controls even under pressure. * Attention to detail and curiosity to go after the root cause instead of only fixing the symptom. * Willingness to learn new products, systems and flows quickly, and to improve the way things are done. * Clear communication and teamwork, with local and international colleagues. * 2\+ years of experience in reconciliation, back office, treasury or accounting; experience in a Central Bank regulated company (payment institution, bank, fintech) is a plus. * Good Excel skills and basic knowledge of accounting entries and of the Brazilian payment system (Pix, boleto, cards). * Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or related areas, completed or in progress. * Advanced English for reading, writing and meetings with international teams. **You'll love working at DiDi because...** We create user value We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
