From the tap of a card reader to a dashboard on a phone, our designers are responsible for clarity, trust, and delight across every surface we ship. **About This Role** * Own CloudWalk's global communications strategy. * Define the long\-term narrative that positions CloudWalk as one of the world's leading AI\-native financial technology companies. * Lead external communications, PR, media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, corporate messaging, crisis communications, and internal communications. * Build compelling stories around products, technology, research, AI, infrastructure, entrepreneurship, and company milestones. * Partner with executives to develop speeches, interviews, keynote presentations, opinion pieces, and public appearances. * Lead communications for major launches, acquisitions, partnerships, fundraising, and strategic announcements. * Build trusted relationships with journalists, creators, analysts, investors, and industry leaders worldwide. * Drive proactive media strategy instead of reactive press management. * Develop measurement systems that connect communications efforts to business outcomes. * Build and mentor a high\-performing communications organization with exceptionally high standards for writing, judgment, creativity, and execution. * Work closely with our internal creative and strategic teams to ensure every communication artifact reflects the quality of the products we build. * Use AI extensively to accelerate research, writing, planning, media intelligence, workflow automation, and organizational leverage.
