You will help manage their short\-term rental properties. This role involves handling guest communication and managing listings on different platforms. You will ensure that the properties are well\-represented online. You will also help with booking inquiries and confirmations. **Responsibilities of the role:** • Respond to guest inquiries and messages. • Manage property listings on various booking platforms. • Update calendars and availability across platforms. • Process booking requests and send confirmations. • Handle guest check\-in and check\-out procedures. • Address guest issues and concerns promptly. • Maintain accurate property information online. **Required Experience and Qualifications:** • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. • Experience with channel management for short\-term rentals. • Experience with Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, and Turbo Tenant. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Preferred Skills:** • Familiarity with short\-term rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo. • Experience with property management software. • Customer service experience preferred. **Personality:** • Organized and detail\-oriented. • Proactive and resourceful. • Excellent customer service skills. • Reliable and responsible. **Software \& Tools:** • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). • Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom). • Channel management software (Hospitable, Turno, Pricelabs, and Turbo Tenant). **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT **Salary and Benefits:** • Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference. • Full\-time remote opportunity.
