**Responsibilities** **Ways Bilingual School** , the first full\-time bilingual school in the North Zone of São Paulo, is seeking a dedicated and passionate **Bilingual Teaching Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood and elementary education, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to supporting students' learning and development in a bilingual environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support students throughout their daily school routine, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development. * Assist the classroom teacher in planning, organizing, and conducting learning activities in English. * Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure the effective implementation of the school's educational program. * Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning resources. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. * Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and other school routines. * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy (completed). * Fluent English (minimum B2 level or equivalent proficiency). * Previous experience working in bilingual schools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Collaborative mindset, organization, and proactive attitude. * Passion for education and child development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * International English proficiency certification. * Experience supporting Early Childhood Education or Elementary School students. * Knowledge of bilingual education methodologies.
