Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing key supply chain processes, including materials planning, production planning, internal logistics, inventory management, and transportation. Working closely with cross\-functional teams, this role ensures operational efficiency, service excellence, and alignment with business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Lead and optimize end\-to\-end Supply Chain operations, ensuring safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. * Oversee materials planning, procurement replenishment, production scheduling, and inventory management to ensure business continuity and supply reliability. * Manage warehousing, internal logistics, and transportation activities, driving seamless inbound and outbound material flows. * Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, productivity, and cost performance. * Partner with regional and global Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure alignment of processes, priorities, and performance objectives. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, regulatory standards, and operational procedures. * Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and quality initiatives across the Supply Chain function. * Lead, develop, and engage teams, fostering a high\-performance culture and supporting succession planning. * Oversee audits, documentation, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Scope of the Role * End\-to\-end management of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventories. * Coordination of inbound and outbound logistics flows. * Production planning and scheduling for semi\-finished and finished products. * Inventory control, stock reconciliation, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain accuracy and service levels. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. * Postgraduate degree is a plus. * Minimum **8 years of experience** in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Planning, or related functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * APICS CPIM certification is considered an advantage. * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong knowledge of logistics management, demand planning, materials planning, and inventory control. * Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. * Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to lead change, manage cross\-functional teams, and drive results in complex business environments. * Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders.
