**🇧🇷 We’re Hiring: Smart Meter Manufacturing Consultant** FiberHome Brasil \| Brazil \| Specialist / Consultant FiberHome is looking for an experienced Smart Meter Manufacturing Consultant to provide technical and commercial expertise in the development and evaluation of smart metering solutions in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in smart meter products, manufacturing processes, suppliers, cost analysis, and the Brazilian market, with the ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into practical recommendations. **🔹 Key Responsibilities** Provide technical and commercial expertise related to smart meter manufacturing and products. Evaluate manufacturing processes, production requirements, and technical specifications. Analyze product structures, components, and BOMs. Support supplier identification and technical evaluation. Conduct cost and feasibility analyses related to manufacturing and supply. Evaluate different production and supply scenarios based on project requirements. Support cross\-functional teams with technical, commercial, and manufacturing insights. Prepare technical reports, cost analyses, and recommendations for management. Support communication and coordination with suppliers and external partners. **🎯 Requirements** 5\+ years of relevant professional experience in smart metering, electronics manufacturing, IoT devices, industrialization, supply chain, or related fields. Strong knowledge of smart meter products and manufacturing processes. Experience with BOM analysis, component sourcing, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis. Familiarity with the Brazilian manufacturing and supply\-chain environment. Good understanding of technical specifications and product requirements. Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Fluent Portuguese. Professional/Advanced English. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred. **⭐ Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience with smart water meters or utility metering solutions. Experience working with electronics manufacturing or IoT products. Experience with supplier qualification and manufacturing partners. Knowledge of Brazilian regulatory and commercial requirements. Experience supporting complex technical or industrial projects.
