O Finance Business Partner é responsável por garantir a qualidade do planejamento financeiro, o acompanhamento de performance e a geração de análises gerenciais, atuando como parceiro estratégico do negócio e apoiando a liderança nos processos de tomada de decisão. Esta posição desempenha um papel fundamental na elaboração e no monitoramento de budget, forecast e análises de desempenho, assegurando consistência, transparência e confiabilidade das informações financeiras. Além disso, o profissional atua de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, contribuindo com insights financeiros, análise de resultados e identificação de oportunidades para otimização de performance, incluindo gestão de mix, custos e rentabilidade. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADE Liderar e suportar ativamente a preparação do annual budget, forecasts e revisões periódicas ao longo do ano Analisar variações de budget vs. actuals (receitas, custos e despesas), identificando drivers, riscos e impactos nos resultados financeiros Atuar como parceiro estratégico do negócio junto ao time multifuncional (supply, marketing, trade e vendas), apoiando o desenvolvimento e revisão de P\&Ls Preparar e apresentar management reports periódicos, incluindo monthly executive summaries e forecast Executar o processo de monthly management closing, garantindo acuracidade dos dados e fornecendo análises financeiras críticas Suportar auditorias internas e externas, assegurando controles robustos, aderência a processos e documentação adequada Liderar iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua dos processos de FP\&A e reporting Desenvolver e manter dashboards e reports analíticos utilizando Power BI REQUERIMENTOS Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas Experiência de 3\+ anos em funções de FP\&A Experiência na preparação e revisão de annual budget e forecasting Vivência em análises de budget vs. actuals (receita, custos e despesas) Experiência com monthly management closing Sólido conhecimento de conceitos financeiros como P\&L, contribution margin, costs, expenses e EBITDA Excel avançado Forte capacidade analítica, com habilidade de transformar dados em insights acionáveis Inglês intermediário para leitura de relatórios, interação com times globais e consolidação de informações Desejável: Espanhol é um diferencial Experiência com sistemas e dados: ERP (SAP, Oracle ou similares), SQL, Python (forte diferencial), RPA Experiência com ferramentas de visualização como Power BI **Why join us?** This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed \- both for the business and for themselves.
