🎬 WE’RE HIRING: AI VIDEO EXPERT Balanz is looking for an AI Video Expert to join us on a project basis, with the potential for ongoing collaboration. We’re looking for someone who can turn creative concepts, scripts, and references into polished, cinematic AI\-generated videos. This role requires more than prompting: you should understand visual storytelling, shot composition, camera movement, character consistency, pacing, editing, and final delivery. What you’ll do: • Generate high\-quality video scenes using AI • Develop effective prompts from scripts and storyboards • Maintain consistency across characters, products, environments, and shots • Create realistic camera movements and cinematic sequences • Edit generated scenes into cohesive final videos • Add sound design, music, transitions, and motion graphics when needed • Produce content for ads, social media, product campaigns, and branded storytelling • Collaborate directly with our creative direction team What we’re looking for: • A strong portfolio of AI\-generated video work • Hands\-on experience with Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo, Sora, or similar tools • Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects • Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, pacing, and storytelling • Ability to achieve visual consistency across multiple scenes • Attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication • Ability to work from creative briefs and meet deadlines Nice to have: • Experience with AI image generation • Motion design or VFX skills • Experience producing advertising and performance creative • Knowledge of product, fashion, beauty, healthcare, or e\-commerce content • Intermediate or advanced English Position details: • Fully remote • Initially project\-based • Potential for recurring work • Availability to start soon To apply, please send: 1.
