**Director of Operations \| Technology Services** **Location: São Paulo Metropolitan Area — Western Region, Brazil \| Confidential Opportunity** We are part of a large global group with operations across multiple countries. Our technology services company supports Group businesses through IT, SAP and enterprise solutions, combining local expertise with close collaboration across an international organization. We are seeking a **Director of Operations** to lead our Brazilian operation of **approximately 50 people** , with **full P\&L accountability** and responsibility for service delivery, people leadership and corporate governance. The role reports to regional leadership based in the U.S. This opportunity combines the international exposure of a global group with the scope to make a direct, lasting impact on a local business. It is suited to an experienced technology services leader who has managed teams, clients and financial performance and is ready to strengthen the operation, develop its leaders and drive its next stage of growth. **Your responsibilities** * Own the operation’s P\&L, budget and financial performance, driving efficiency, disciplined investment and sustainable growth. * Ensure reliable IT service delivery through clear performance measures, SLAs and continuous improvement. * **Oversee SAP and enterprise solutions** through their respective managers, aligning services and projects with business needs and global standards. * Build trusted relationships with Group companies and identify opportunities to expand the value and services delivered. * Develop the leadership team and partner with HR on talent, succession, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. * Align local execution with regional and global priorities. * Hold statutory management responsibilities alongside another Group executive, ensuring sound governance and compliance in partnership with shared services. **What you bring** * Experience leading an IT services operation, delivery function or business unit, with accountability for teams, client relationships and financial performance. * A background in technology services, IT consulting, managed services or technology shared services. * A **solid understanding of SAP** , enterprise solutions, IT service management and technology governance. * Experience in multinational environments, working with international stakeholders and reporting lines. * Strong financial judgment, including budget ownership, cost management and performance improvement. * A hands\-on leadership style, clear executive communication and the ability to develop managers and resolve competing priorities. * A relevant degree and an MBA or related postgraduate qualification. * Fluent English and Portuguese; conversational Spanish is highly desirable.
