Marketing Operations Partner at BairesDev In this role, you'll work directly with senior leadership, driving high\-impact marketing and strategic initiatives that shape how the organization operates and grows. You'll have full visibility into the business, working across multiple teams and functions while playing a key role in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence. What You'll Do: * Drive the execution and follow\-up of cross\-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives. * Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis, contributing to data\-driven decision\-making and operational excellence. * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the Marketing Operations function, ensuring business continuity, leading selected initiatives, and maintaining a high\-performance execution rhythm. * Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across all marketing functions. * Coordinate various internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership to ensure smooth communication, prioritization, and project alignment. What we are looking for: * 2\+ years of experience in fast\-paced environments such as strategic consulting (MBB \+ boutique), fast\-growing startups or scale\-ups (growth, ops, or strategy), or top\-tier multinational corporations (e.g., marketing, tech, or financial services) with a track record of agility, analytical rigor, and cross\-functional impact. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or any field strongly connected to business management. * Advanced proficiency in English.
