**Business Systems Analyst** We are looking for a **UX Business Systems Analyst** to bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions align with business goals while delivering an exceptional user experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process improvements. * Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable solutions. * Lead UX and workflow improvement initiatives from identification through implementation. * Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, IT teams, and vendors to drive process optimization. * Support testing, training, documentation, and solution rollouts. * Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements based on user feedback and operational metrics. * Coordinate small to mid\-sized projects and manage priorities across multiple teams. * Measure and communicate the impact of improvements on adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction. **Qualifications** * Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles. * Proven track record leading UX and business process improvement initiatives in an enterprise environment. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working across cross\-functional teams, including business, applications, infrastructure, support, and vendors. * Ability to drive change and influence outcomes without direct authority. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. **Preferred** * Experience with process optimization, digital transformation, and user experience initiatives. * Strong understanding of project lifecycles and continuous improvement methodologies.
