### **A Snapshot of Your Day** The HSE advisor acts as the project’s safety leader and advisor, working closely with project managers, site teams, and contractors to ensure safe execution from planning through completion of the task. A typical day includes reviewing project risks, conducting site inspections, verifying compliance with legal and company HSE requirements, leading contractor and internal safety meetings, monitoring incident reporting and corrective actions, supporting emergency preparedness, and coaching teams to maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring that people, environment, and operational objectives remain protected throughout the project lifecycle. **How You’ll Make an Impact*** Implement and maintain the EHS management system (ISO 45001, ISO 14001\) * Provide expert advice on local and international EHS regulations, standards, and industry best practices to ensure full compliance. * Review and approve contractor EHS plans and procedures to ensure alignment with O\&M requirements. * Promote a proactive "Zero Harm" culture through visible leadership, effective communication, and collaboration with all stakeholders. * Develop and deliver specific EHS training and competency programs for employees and contractors. * Act as the lead EHS advisor, collaborating with clients, regulatory bodies, and Wind Power O\&M representatives on all EHS\-related matters. * Conduct periodic EHS audits, inspections, and performance reviews to identify risks and areas for improvement . **What You Bring*** Completed Technical Education with Active Professional Registration * Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001\) * Regulatory Compliance (Southern Cone Region) * Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis * Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification * Stakeholder Management and Influence, Visible Leadership * Auditing and Inspection * Technical Reporting * Problem\-Solving and Analytical Skills **About the team** The LATAM HSE team is a diverse and highly collaborative group of safety professionals working across multiple countries to support wind power operations, major projects, and service activities.
