We're looking for an experienced **Training Analyst** in Brazil. The Training Analyst will plan, coordinate, and control the organization's training and competency management process, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual, and corporate requirements. They will be responsible for maintaining the training matrix, controlling certifications, managing suppliers, monitoring performance indicators and audits, as well as providing support to Integrated Management System (QHSE) activities, and contributing to continuous process improvement and employee development. The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area. **\*\*Please submit Resumes/CVs in English.** **Duties** * Maintain the training matrix up to date, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements * Identify training needs in collaboration with departments and leadership * Plan, schedule, and monitor mandatory, regulatory, and corporate training programs * Monitor training expirations, refresher training, and outstanding requirements * Manage certificates, competency evidence, and training records * Develop training materials, presentations, and learning content * Conduct onboarding programs and awareness initiatives for employees * Coordinate training providers, instructors, and the logistics required to conduct training sessions * Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvement actions * Develop and monitor training and competency\-related indicators, reports, and dashboards * Support internal, external, and client audits by providing records and evidence of compliance * Support document management activities within the Integrated Management System (IMS) * Assist in the management of nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions related to the processes under their responsibility * Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements related to employee competency and training * Participate in continuous improvement projects and QHSE initiatives * Support employee mobilization processes, ensuring compliance with training and competency requirements established by contracts * Interface with Operations, QHSE, Human Resources, suppliers, and clients to address departmental demands * Ensure the maintenance of competency records required to demonstrate employees' qualifications and authorization to perform their assigned activities **Required** * Currently pursuing a university degree * Proven experience in training and development * Previous experience with Petrobras contracts * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel * English is not mandatory; however, it will be considered an advantage * Experience managing mandatory, regulatory, and standards\-based training * Experience maintaining training matrices and monitoring expiration dates * Experience with audits and document management * Experience working in medium\- or high\-complexity operational environments
