UX/UI Designer (Figma) at BairesDev As a UX/UI Designer, you will shape the digital experience of our products by creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces. You will translate user needs and business requirements into seamless digital journeys, ensuring a cohesive and high\-quality look and feel across all web platforms. What You'll Do: \- Design comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high\-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent. \- Craft responsive web interfaces that adapt seamlessly across a diverse range of screen sizes and devices. \- Advocate for user\-centered design principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle. \- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility. What we are looking for: \- 5\+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a related field. \- Advanced proficiency in Figma for creating high\-fidelity user interfaces and prototypes. \- Proven expertise in implementing responsive web design across various screen sizes. \- Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of user\-centered design principles. \- Advanced proficiency in English.
