CPM Cloud Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced **CPM Cloud Program Manager** to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives and strategic programs in a global environment. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and cloud\-based technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage multiple interconnected projects, align business and technical stakeholders, and drive program outcomes that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage large\-scale cloud transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. * Establish and maintain strong program governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communication. * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across both Agile and Waterfall initiatives. * Facilitate effective collaboration between business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. * Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. * Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies proactively. * Support Agile delivery practices, including Scrum ceremonies and cross\-functional team coordination. * Translate technical and project outcomes into business value, highlighting ROI, TCO, and strategic benefits. * Lead stakeholder communications and executive presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout program execution. * Partner with cloud engineering, infrastructure, data, and development teams to successfully deliver business and technology objectives. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field. * Advanced/Fluent English. * Advanced/Fluent Spanish. * Proven experience managing complex cloud programs and enterprise transformation initiatives. * Strong project and program management background. * Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks. * Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. * Strong analytical, organizational, and decision\-making capabilities. Required Skills Program Governance \& Risk Management * Experience implementing governance frameworks for complex, interconnected programs. * Expertise in managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and dependencies. * Ability to successfully deliver projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Stakeholder Management \& Communication * Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. * Experience working with diverse audiences, from engineering teams to senior executives. * Skilled in expectation management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Business \& Strategic Acumen * Ability to connect program outcomes to measurable business value. * Understanding of financial and strategic metrics, including ROI and TCO. * Capability to align technology initiatives with broader business objectives. Technical Background * Solid understanding of cloud technologies, including: * Cloud Infrastructure * Data Platforms * Application Development * Cloud Migration and Transformation * Ability to facilitate technical discussions and manage dependencies across technical workstreams. * Experience building strong relationships with engineering and architecture teams.
