Recruitment Manager **Florianópolis \| US Market \| Team Leadership \| International Recruitment** Build and Lead Our New Recruitment Team in Florianópolis NonStop Consulting is expanding into **Florianópolis** , and we're looking for a **Recruitment Manager** to lead and develop an initial team of approximately **3\-4 Recruitment Consultants** working across the US market. You'll be joining at an exciting stage of our expansion into Brazil, taking responsibility for the day\-to\-day performance and development of the team while maintaining the standards and commercial culture that have helped NonStop grow internationally. As the Florianópolis operation grows, so will the scope of the role, so the sky is the limit. What You'll Be Doing * Manage, coach and develop an initial team of 3\-4 Recruitment Consultants * Drive performance against individual and team targets * Run regular one\-to\-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews * Use KPIs, pipelines and activity data to identify opportunities for improvement * Coach consultants across business development, recruitment, negotiation and closing * Ensure high standards across client and candidate management * Support new recruiters as they progress from training into consistent performance * Create an ambitious, accountable and positive team culture * Work closely with NonStop's international leadership and training teams * Help shape and grow the Florianópolis operation as the business expands Who We're Looking For **Previous people management experience is essential.** You'll need to be comfortable managing performance, developing individuals and holding people accountable within a target\-driven environment. Previous **recruitment agency management experience is highly preferred** , particularly within a commercially focused environment where recruiters are responsible for winning and developing their own clients. We are also open to strong people managers from **sales, business development or other performance\-driven commercial environments** who can demonstrate a track record of developing successful teams.
