We are looking for a **Data \& Tech Lead** to provide technical leadership for a strategic project focused on **centralizing and transforming Supply Chain data** for a major CPG company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data team from a technical perspective, contributing to solution and architecture design, guiding technical decisions, and working closely with the client to connect **business needs, data, architecture, and engineering**. The project aims to transform a distributed data environment involving **Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, and legacy systems** into a centralized, reliable, and scalable data platform to support business operations and key performance indicators. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to the **Data Engineering team**, guiding technical decisions and ensuring high\-quality deliveries; * Define and evolve the **data architecture** of the solution; * Design strategies for **data ingestion, integration, and transformation** from multiple sources; * Lead the migration of data from **SharePoint to SQL Server**; * Define and implement **Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)**; * Design transactional and analytical layers to consolidate data across different Supply Chain domains; * Lead the development and evolution of **semantic models and Power BI solutions**; * Ensure best practices for **data quality, performance, governance, and scalability**; * Work directly with the client to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions; * Act as a bridge between **business, architecture, data, and development teams**; * Provide technical guidance to Data Developers and contribute to the team's technical growth. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience in **Data Engineering and Data Architecture**; * Proven experience providing **technical leadership for data teams**; * Strong experience designing **data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and multi\-source data integrations**; * Knowledge of **Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold)**; * Strong knowledge of **SQL Server and SQL**; * Hands\-on experience with **Python** for data engineering and processing; * Practical experience with **Databricks and Azure**; * Knowledge of **data modeling and semantic models**; * Experience with **Power BI**; * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; * **Advanced English proficiency** for communication in a corporate and international environment. ### **Nice to Have** * Experience with **Microsoft Power Platform**, especially Power Apps and Power Automate; * Knowledge of **SAP and SAP data integration**; * Experience or knowledge of **Supply Chain processes**; * **Spanish proficiency**. ### **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for someone with **strong technical leadership, autonomy, and a systems\-thinking mindset**, who can effectively navigate between architecture, engineering, and business.
