**About the role** As we expand our focus on organic search and AI visibility across key markets, we are looking for an SEO Site Manager to support our growth, with a particular focus on Brazil and Mexico. This is a hands\-on role focused on driving day\-to\-day SEO execution across technical SEO, on\-page, off\-page, and SEO content, while identifying opportunities to strengthen our visibility across both traditional and AI\-powered search. You’ll take ownership of SEO performance across your assigned markets, working closely with content, product, marketing, and other cross\-functional teams to turn strategy into action and deliver measurable organic growth and business impact. **What you’ll be doing** * Support the SEO strategy for assigned priority markets, taking ownership of day\-to\-day execution across technical SEO, on\-page, off\-page, and SEO content. * Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive organic growth and increase visibility across both traditional and AI\-powered search, based on market performance, search trends, competitor activity, and commercial objectives. * Manage and optimize site content through the CMS, working closely with content teams and external agencies to ensure SEO requirements and market opportunities are effectively implemented. * Drive local content optimization initiatives, from identifying market\-specific opportunities and developing action plans to measuring their impact on visibility, engagement, and conversion. * Support technical SEO initiatives, identifying issues and opportunities and collaborating with relevant teams to get improvements implemented. * Contribute to off\-page SEO and authority\-building initiatives, evaluating opportunities and supporting their execution where relevant. * Apply analytical and CRO thinking to SEO performance, using data and user behaviour insights to identify opportunities and improve the commercial impact of organic traffic. * Monitor brand and content visibility across AI\-powered search experiences, identifying opportunities to strengthen presence and performance as search behaviour evolves. * Manage multiple SEO projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and on time. * Monitor and report on organic performance, translating results into clear insights, and recommended priorities for assigned markets/projects. **What you’ll bring** * Hands\-on SEO knowledge across technical, on\-page, and off\-page SEO, with the ability to share examples of work you’ve delivered and the impact it generated. * Strong content optimization skills and an understanding of how content, search intent, site structure, and user experience contribute to organic performance. * Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: technical SEO or hands\-on off\-page SEO. * Analytical skills and a CRO mindset, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and connect SEO activity with business outcomes. * Hands\-on experience working with content management systems. * Strong project management and execution skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines. * Advanced skills in English * Experience within an iGaming environment. * Hands\-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4, as well as SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog. * Working experience with Jira, Trello or Asana. **Tech Stack / Role\-Specific Tools** * Google Search Console (GSC) * Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) * Ahrefs / SEMrush / Mangools / Sistrix / Wincher * Screaming Frog * WordPress or other CMS * Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting * BI tools: Metabase/Tableau/Power BI * Project Management tools: JIRA/Trello/Asana **Even better if** * Hands\-on experience with AI\-powered search, AI visibility, AEO/GEO. * Experience working with CMS platforms beyond WordPress. * Experience working within regulated markets. * Working knowledge of HTML. **What's in it for you** * 28 days paid annual leave * Referral bonuses \& flash bonuses * TotalPass * Transportation allowance * Clude Saúde \- Preventive care support * Top of the line equipment * Annual company retreats to provide great internal networking opportunities If you're interested, we encourage you to apply!
