We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to own client relationships, keep projects moving, and deliver an exceptional client experience. Compensation: $2,000–$3,000 USD/month, plus performance bonus. Schedule: Approximately 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Pacific Time. Location: Remote — candidates in the Americas preferred due to working\-hour overlap. What You'll Do: \- Own communication and relationships with assigned clients \- Manage onboarding and ongoing client success \- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams \- Proactively identify issues and keep deliverables moving \- Maintain clear follow\-ups, documentation, and next steps What We're Looking For: \- Previous Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services experience \- Exceptional spoken and written English \- Experience working with U.S.\-based clients \- Strong organization and proactive communication skills \- GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred \- Digital marketing or agency experience preferred \- Comfortable with CRMs, automation, websites, and marketing technology We're looking for someone who owns the client relationship, anticipates needs, and proactively drives projects forward.
