We are seeking an accomplished Director of Food \& Beverage to lead one of the property's most strategic divisions and shape the next chapter of our dining, events and guest experience journey. HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE PLACE HAPPEN This is a unique opportunity for a highly visible, people\-focused and commercially astute leader to oversee a complex, high\-volume Food \& Beverage operation across multiple outlets, bars, in\-room dining, events and special activations. The successful candidate will inspire teams, elevate guest experiences and deliver sustainable commercial performance while embodying Rosewood's commitment to Relationship Hospitality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Business * Own the Food \& Beverage strategy, business plan, budget, forecasting and overall P\&L performance. * Translate market insights, guest trends and performance data into revenue growth and profitability initiatives. * Drive commercial plans for peak seasons, events, partnerships and local market opportunities. * Ensure all outlets and event operations deliver sustainable profitability while maintaining the highest brand standards. * Oversee purchasing, supplier partnerships and inventory controls to support operational excellence and cost efficiency. Lead the Operation * Maintain a strong presence throughout the operation, building relationships with guests, residents, leaders and associates. * Establish clear operating rhythms, accountability and execution excellence across the division. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene and food\-handling standards across all Food \& Beverage touchpoints. * Foster consistency, service excellence and operational readiness across a diverse portfolio of venues and experiences. Shape the Future of F\&B * Develop and activate a forward\-looking Food \& Beverage vision aligned with evolving luxury and lifestyle trends. * Lead concept innovation, partnerships, pop\-ups and new guest experiences that enhance market relevance and competitiveness. * Partner closely with Sales \& Marketing to strengthen the property's events and banqueting proposition. Develop F\&B People \& Culture * Build high\-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, succession planning and talent development. * Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, accountability and shared ownership. * Lead with empathy, clarity and authenticity while creating an environment where people can thrive. QUALIFICATIONS * Current or recent senior Food \& Beverage leadership experience, ideally as a Director of Food \& Beverage or in a comparable executive\-level role. * Proven success leading complex, multi\-outlet and high\-volume operations. * Experience gained within luxury hotels, luxury lifestyle hospitality environments or sophisticated multi\-venue restaurant groups. * Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, productivity, cost control and revenue growth. * Deep understanding of luxury service, guest expectations and contemporary Food \& Beverage concepts. * A visible, hands\-on leadership style combined with strategic thinking and decisive execution. * Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and relationship\-building capabilities. * Fluency in Portuguese and English.
