Integration Consultant (M&A)

What we need * Demonstrable buy\-side M\&A integration experience at the PMO level. You have personally run post\-close integration, not only supported it. * Experience managing integration across multiple workstreams simultaneously — at minimum people, finance, operations and IT. * Comfort operating in a Brazilian multi\-entity, multi\-CNPJ structure, with awareness of CLT and PJ compliance sensitivities. * A track record of holding senior stakeholders — on both sides of a transaction — to dated commitments without formal authority over them. * The ability to produce executive and investor\-grade material independently. No analyst or PMO support will be provided. * Portuguese and English. The operation runs in Portuguese; shareholder\-facing material is in English. * Availability to onboard immediately and be operational from Day 1\.
