While maintaining awareness of safety procedures, the primary focus of this role is active supervision, student engagement, and social\-emotional support for children in Early Years spaces and transitions. Campus Monitors serve as trusted adults who guide children, reinforce school expectations, and help create a positive environment where students feel secure, supported, and ready to learn. **Requisitos e qualificações** **High school diploma** **Advanced / Fluent English** **Minimum{{:}} 1–2 years experience working with children of lower school age.** Preferred (but not required){{:}} * Coursework or certification in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or related field * OR currently studying in one of these areas * Candidates with ECE coursework or assistant teaching experience prioritized **Informações adicionais** In addition to the legally mandated benefits, such as **transportation allowance (vale\-transporte)** , we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees.
