We are building the future of food delivery — combining cutting\-edge technology, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to customer experience. **The Role** The Safety \& Compliance team is responsible for developing and strengthening safety standards across our logistics and last\-mile delivery operations, covering both directly managed riders and third\-party logistics (3PL) partners. In this role, you will monitor safety indicators, identify operational risks, investigate incidents and translate data into practical actions that improve rider safety and operational compliance. Working closely with Logistics Operations, 3PL Management, Product, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders, you will help develop scalable safety mechanisms and ensure that safety standards are effectively implemented across different delivery models. **What You'll Do** * Monitor safety and compliance KPIs across logistics operations, covering both directly managed riders and 3PL partners, to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Analyze operational and safety data, investigate incidents and recurring patterns, conduct root\-cause analyses, and recommend practical mitigation and prevention actions. * Develop dashboards, safety reports, and risk analyses that provide leadership with clear visibility into safety performance and key operational risks. * Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety standards, policies, processes, and control mechanisms across last\-mile operations. * Establish and monitor safety and compliance requirements for 3PL partners, identify gaps, and support the implementation and follow\-up of corrective action plans. * Partner with Operations, Product, Legal, Compliance, and 3PL Management teams to implement safety initiatives and ensure effective execution across the operation. * Support incident management processes, including investigation, root\-cause identification, corrective actions, and preventive measures. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen safety governance while balancing operational effectiveness and business needs. **What We're Looking For** * Experience in Operational Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, Logistics Operations, Business Operations, or related areas. * Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience working with operational data, dashboards, and performance indicators. * Experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing safety, risk, compliance, or operational KPIs. * Ability to identify operational risks and transform data and incident patterns into practical mitigation and prevention actions. * Strong problem\-solving skills, with the ability to conduct structured root\-cause analysis and develop actionable solutions. * Hands\-on professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Proactive and curious in identifying risks and opportunities to improve operational safety. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment with evolving operational priorities. * Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and cross\-functional collaboration skills. * Advanced English proficiency. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields. * Availability to work on\-site in São Paulo. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in technology, marketplaces, logistics, mobility, transportation, or food delivery companies. * Experience with last\-mile delivery operations, rider/driver operations, fleet operations, or 3PL management. * Experience with SQL, Python, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus. * Experience developing or implementing safety governance, risk mitigation, incident management, or partner compliance programs. * Mandarin proficiency is a plus. **What We Offer** * International and collaborative work environment. * High ownership and autonomy. * Opportunity to work on complex business challenges at scale. * Career growth in one of the world's leading technology companies. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. **Benefits** * Meal and food allowance (Caju Card) * Transportation allowance * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Childcare assistance **How to Apply** If you're excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
