This will significantly increase your chances of success #### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Tech Lead to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure and enterprise\-grade digital solutions. This is a hands\-on leadership role combining solution architecture, technical governance, team mentoring and software development. You will influence technical decisions, support complex integrations and ensure high standards of quality, performance and maintainability. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the architecture and development of OutSystems applications. * Define and enforce coding standards and development best practices. * Review technical designs, code quality, security and performance. * Mentor developers and provide hands\-on technical guidance. * Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts and QA teams. * Support estimations, sprint planning, risk management and delivery governance. * Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. * Oversee integrations with REST APIs, SOAP services and external systems. * Support CI/CD, application lifecycle management and performance optimisation. * Contribute to modernisation initiatives and the adoption of OutSystems Developer Cloud. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * At least 6 years of experience delivering OutSystems applications. * Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer or Solution Lead. * Strong knowledge of OutSystems 11 architecture and development. * Experience with Reactive Web Applications. * Ability to design scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise solutions. * Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP services and system integrations. * Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases. * Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. * Experience conducting code reviews and establishing quality standards. * Knowledge of application security and performance optimisation. * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Professional spoken and written English. * Fluent Portuguese. * Current residence in Portugal. #### **Nice to Have** * Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud. * OutSystems Tech Lead certification. * OutSystems Architecture or Security Specialist certification. * OutSystems Associate Developer ODC certification. * OutSystems Web or Reactive Developer certifications. * Azure, AWS or other Cloud certifications. #### **Ideal Candidate Profile** You are a hands\-on technical leader who combines strong OutSystems expertise with architecture, delivery and mentoring skills.
